Shri Pradeep Kumar Raut Elevated to Special Secretary Grade in Major Administrative Move
Bhubaneswar, In a noteworthy development in Odisha’s administrative framework, senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officer Shri Pradeep Kumar Raut has been promoted to the Special Secretary (SS) grade, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career in public service.
Currently posted as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), Bhubaneswar, Shri Raut also holds additional charge as Additional Secretary to the Government in the Electronics & Information Technology (E&IT) Department.
